The MISEI program is structured across four semesters, hosted by one or more partner universities to ensure a dynamic and truly international learning experience.
- Semester 1 (S1): Université de Lorraine (France)
- Semester 2 (S2): Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italy)
- Semester 3 (S3): specialization track at UL (France) or UNINE (Switzerland)
- Semester 4 (S4): Master’s thesis and mandatory internship
Students must complete at least two mobility periods in two different universities. If a student chooses to return to UL in S3, then S4 must be completed at UNINE, ensuring a minimum of three mobilities rather than only two.
The mobility plan is defined at the beginning of the program through the development of each student’s Personal Career Development Plan.

- Justice
- Social Interactions & Education
- Interculturality & Discrimination
- S4 is dedicated to the Master’s thesis and internship, in either the academic or non-academic sector.
