Each year, the School of Banking, Finance and Insurance welcomes visiting professors and scholars from international universities and research institutions.
Their contribution enriches the School’s academic environment through teaching, research collaboration and engagement with students and faculty members across different areas.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, the School is hosting the following visiting professors:
Professor of Law at the University of Tübingen, Jens-Hinrich Binder specialises in banking, corporate and financial regulation. His research focuses on banking law, insolvency law and financial market regulation.
Associate Professor of Finance at Paris School of Business, Federica Salvadè works on topics related to banking, corporate finance and financial markets, with publications in international finance journals.
Full Professor at Rennes School of Business, Christos Alexakis focuses his research and teaching activities on finance, sustainable finance, capital markets and behavioural finance.
Lecturer and Research Associate at the University of Basel, Christophe Volonté specialises in corporate governance, corporate finance, sustainability and law and finance.
